Launched in 1998 CIPFA Corporate Services Benchmarking offers a unique product currently delivered to almost 2,000 members of individual clubs.

Launched last year CIPFA Adult Social Care Benchmarking brings the successful approach we have used in our Finance clubs to Social care. The exercises were well received by members and the new exercises have been expanded to cover all major client groups.

The PSS Ex1 Based Benchmarking utilises data already collected in the PSS Ex1 return, providing a wide range of comparisons by client type and service. In addition we are offering three clubs to examine residential care and home care in greater detail.

Launched last year the CIPFA Children Looked After Benchmarking Club uses the BVPI 51 definition to examine Children Looked After. PSS Ex1 Data is used to provide 2006/07 Comparisons and detailed spreadsheets are provided to collect 2007/08 estimates.
