comparisons break this down into the main
component costs such as staff, IT, enforcement
and the cost of receiving payments.
A wide range of benchmarks are provided e.g.:
Current and historical collection rates,
in-year and cumulativeTiming of billing activities; quarterly
collection ratesPercentage of rebates and discountsNumber of bills, reminders and enforcement
actionsContact / call centre structure
Members are also given the chance to compare
their in-year collection rates in October.
