CIPFA is pleased to announce the launch of the Alarm / CIPFA Risk Management Benchmarking Club.
The club is being run as a joint venture between Alarm and CIPFA, using Alarm's expertise in Risk Management and CIPFA's experience of managing and delivering benchmarking clubs.
The content of the exercise is based on Alarm's 'National Performance Model for Risk Management in Public Services' and
uses a perfomance measurement tool, developed by Alarm & Det Norske Veritas (DNV - specialise Risk Management consultants).
The club will be run on a day-to-day basis by CIPFA in the same manner as our CIPFA corporate services clubs with
members receiving all the usual services:
- Questionnaire
- Contact details for other club members
- E-mail & direct line help service
- Information meeting
- Draft report
- Comparator report
- Final report
- Interactive report
- Review meeting
As with the Corporate Services benchmarking clubs this will be an annual exercise which we intend to
develop year-on-year as a member driven club providing members with the information/comparisons
that they find most useful and relevant.
