By using the data collected in the PSS Ex1 return a large amount of comparisons can be made quickly and at no additional burden to club members. PSS Ex1 reports are free of charge to members of the Older People, Learning Disabilities or Physical Disabilities and Mental Health clubs.

Members are sent a suite of reports based on PSS Ex1 data; these include a separate report for each of the four major client groups showing the key unit costs and measures. The exercise has two stages:

Timings Reports are released as soon as possible after the DOH release the PSS Ex1 datasets. We anticipate a provisional release in October and the final dataset to be released in February.
